Dr. Floran Syler, CPA

Principal Consultant

Dr. Floran Syler is an accomplished CPA, higher education leader, and finance executive with over three decades of experience across academia, public accounting, corporate finance, and nonprofit leadership. She has previously held roles as Director of Internal Audit, Partner in a regional CPA firm, and finance executive in both public and private non-profit sectors overseeing the successful administration of USDA, DOE, and DOD contracts.

Dr. Syler holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Mercer University, a Master of Accountancy from Kennesaw State University, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Management. She is a licensed CPA in Georgia and Florida and holds additional certifications in internal auditing, data science, blockchain technology, and executive leadership from institutions such as Harvard Business School and IBM.
